Soundproof room door

Looking to soundproof the bedroom as much as possible.
Coz sound tends to travel from the gap below the door after i shut all windows and doors and turn on aircon.
Budget of $500 for the bedroom doors.
Or $200 for soundproofing as I can get doors at $300.
