Speaker recommendation under S$130

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for speaker recommendation but anyways .

As stated, any recommended speaker for under 130 from the bros here?

My sis wants to get a speaker that is able to play CDs and/or USB drives like some Philips speaker models. I personally would prefer a 2.1 speaker but the problem is that it will most likely NOT connected to a PC or a good source any time soon. If there are recommendations, where can we audition them?
