Speakers Upgrade

I am now using the Logitech Z106 speakers. Since , we ( the family ) moved house, I would need new speakers as the space now is not enough for a 5.1.

I will have to go to 2.0 instead given the new table size.
What you guys recommend ?

Note: These speakers would be used for gaming and media ( youtube etc).
So recommend away....

I had a similar desk layout before, except with a closer right wall too. This is ideal for very good bass. LSR305 would be very ideal speakers to go with this. You can still get a pair at SGD$480 normal price.

Or would you perhaps want something with grilles?

...that said, not sure how it compares to Edifier R2000DB. Would make for an interesting comparison.

Actually heck, my bet is on the R2000DB because China.

Not going to mention Swan 1080-IV since the China forums are saying it is worse than R2000DB.

So, yea, grilles might be the make-or-break thing. That and digital / bluetooth input.
