Spec reccomendation for PC build

[Marshmellows]

Hi guys, this is a follow up post from my previous post, "Newbie needs help in PC build"

Can any give a specific list of com specs for my pc build?

My budget is arnd 2.5k(1.9-2k for the tower) I will be using it for light gaming, web browsing and video rendering...
Im looking to operate my system...

- in 1440p
- with an water cooled i7 CPU,
GT 970 GPU,
250/500GB SSD,
2TB HDD
8/16GB RAM

Also i would love recommendations for monitors that are compatible with 1440p usage, a reasonable priced mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse

Oh yes and i would love to keep the system as quiet as possible

How heavy is your video rendering and do you need a G-Sync monitor?
