Has any updated their BIOs with the microcode update + the latest OS updates for Windows?

if you had, have you seen or experienced any strange/odd behaviours in windows and/or performance loss ?

I only update via windows update.

Still considering whether to update BIOS due to the high performance penalty for my nvme ssd.

I dont want to lose anymore performance because my games are barely making it at 100hz ultrawide max settings.

anyway, normal users like us won't feel much difference.
