What you listed above will suffice, goggles are optional though, I have never used it in my 5 months in hta. As for charging phone, you won't be allowed to so you should abstain from using it unnecessarily. After your confinement week your comm ic and squad ic will be allowed to bring a charger though. (One each)

Food, camera phone, charger, external battery pack, extra batteries, earphones, mp3 are not allowed. Medication are only allowed if prescribed by a doctor.

Get a non-camera nokia phone or blackberry, smartphone to alst you for the 10 days. As said by xjasonz, squad ic, 2nd squad ic and comms ic will be able to bring in charger, so you can bring in a charger if you wish to volunteer for any of these position. Frankly comms ic has the least responsibility of the 3, as comms ic just ahs to relay information to the squad.

10th june is for 156th less-fit intake, you will get to book-out on 20th june. Bring some cleaning materials like wet-tissues or magiclean to help with your bunk inspection on bookout day. Bring some writing materials as you will have lots of forms to fill in during your confinement week. Earplugs may come in handy if your have bunkmates that snore. You may bring muscle rub if required. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes on enlistment day, please don't wear skinny jeans or you will regret it. :x

Some tips for you, when issued your shoes and sandals, keep those shoe boxes, as they will come in handy to store your items neatly. It will be easier for you when your batch kena stand-by universe and have to clear out your locker for them to check for any prohibited items.

All the best, PM me if you have any other questions. :)
