Ah doi…Give credit where credit is due lah.
When MPs just talk and no action y’all criticize, now at least have some action y’all also criticize.

More like clueless
Like many young people promoted to a position way before their time and lacking experience

If they're good, will seek to know topic before running their mouth

In a follow-up question, Louis Ng asked what were the concerns behind banning the use of electric collars, noting that it should be considered physical abuse as the dogs suffer when trainers use them.

"I think SMS Tan himself tried the use of the electric collar, and it is painful. Obviously, it's painful for the dogs as well."
Actually, if under the proper use, it can be a very useful tool, and surprisingly many nay sayers have neither even seen one nor even know that the power is even adjustable from low to high and some are in vibration only mode too. These tools are useful to snap the dogs out of precarious situations during their training or rehabilitation, that may end up biting another person or dog.
Under the overzealous and impatient owners and stupid trainers, any dogs also will suffer, even if it is only a leash, let alone an ecollar. I personally feel that trainers have to go through an extensive training course and only those qualified trainers are allowed to use it for those serious behavior cases.
