The accused has made full restitution. He was not arrested and did not spend any time in remand.
So was he jailed 12 weeks or not, wtf reporting

Means he still has to go in squat the 11 weeks sentenced.

If he had spent time in remand he would need to serve 11 weeks minus whatever number of days remanded.

So he was not arrested nor spend any time in remand since he has make the full restitution

A reward based on 15 per cent of the tax recovered, capped at S$100,000, would be given to informants if the information and/or documents provided lead to a recovery of tax that would have otherwise been lost.

Undertaker also sibeh ho Yan. They are mostly paid in cash by deceased family using Pek Kim and can underdeclare their income
