Heh.....a bit of a side-topic regarding satay - i remember the story(ies) about my indon in-laws' relatives who ONLY travels first class if doing commercial.....and lamenting that the food while good still cannot beat some of the street food (certainly not the best ones).....if you ARE talking about street food. Some things just need to be eaten "fresh and hot". It's just basic common sense esp when doing street food. Re-heating it properly does help, and i must emphasize the word properly coz there is some skills/equipment involved here, but for some food it's just not going to be the same, esp if some time between prep and serving has elapsed.
This topic/example always comes up whenever my FIL chats/tease them about their $$ travels and first-class (including private jets/chartered heli rides to some hardcore locations, once one chap even wanted to do Mt Everest).
But of coz, if you are talking other things or dishes that aren't street food to begin with, then that's another matter altogether. eg ability to IG/ambience/brag etc.
ps. I see some comments regarding simi "SQ first-class". That's not even the pinnacle.
