Hello
It's my first post in quite awhile and I haven't really been keeping up with hardware stuff for the past few years.
I am looking to upgrade my SATA SSD to a m.2 SSD but I am not sure if the SSD I'm upgrading to is compatible

I am looking to upgrade my SATA SSD to a m.2 SSD but I am not sure if the SSD I'm upgrading to is compatible
- Current MOBO: MSI B150 Gaming M3, Spec Sheet
- New SSD: Samsung Evo 970 Plus
- The spec sheet it says that the m.2 slot is "1 x 2280 Key M(SATA) ", does that mean that there will be no difference in speed when connecting the new SSD to the m.2 slot from my current SATA slot connected SSD?
- In order to get the to get full NVME speeds I'll have to get a m.2 to PCIE converter and connected the SSD to an PCIE slot?
- Is Samsung Evo 970 plus a solid SSD? if no, are there any recommendations?
- Any recommendations for wall mounted monitor arms?
