Hi guys, recently I bought a SSD from Lazada during the flash deal period and it arrived yesterday. However, it did not come with any cables to connect it to my pc.
Where can I get the cables to connect them to my mobo and how much would it cost?

Is it possible that the guy who did my pc at SLS stole my cable as he did not give me any extra cables? I do not have a DVD drive as well..

EDIT: Are screws for mounting the SSD supposed to be in the case package or bought separately?

Yup I only have 1 HDD, the boxes that he gave me did not contain any screws or cables. And I managed to salvage an old SATA cable from my previous PC which I was intending to use as a HTPC. However, I can't seem to migrate my OS to my SSD now since it requires a USB to connect to the pc in order to migrate.

Cable you will need to get your own. The SSD should come with screws, especially if they provided a 2.5 to 35" adapter.

if you dare, just clone your hdd to ssd, if got enough space

Sigh, and my friend told me he was reliable. Even though the prices weren't the cheapest, I believed my friend and bought from him.. Now I don't trust anyone >:

EDIT: Originally I wanted to bring home and self assemble. But he offered to set it up + install Windows for me and waive off the $40 charge he's supposed to charge for setup, I got baited and let him install for me.. Guess there's no free lunch in the world..

its common that greedy SLS shops jiak away your extra screws and cable.
which shop assembled for you?

Hmm after I dismantled my pc and reassembled it, I found the missing SATA cable that I originally thought the shop jiak-ed. It was attached to the motherboard on 1 end and the other end was tucked away behind the side panel which I did not open to check.

My sincere apologies to LASER Distributor for wrongly accusing you of cheating me of my SATA cable.

I don't seem to find any extra screws lying around in either my box or the case itself. But screws are rather cheap and I think I can probably drop by SLS to ask him for the screws.
