SSD issues

Hi all, i just got a ssd from amazon i manage to install the os and all my stuff everything goes well other than this problem when i am playing youtube song and load up a game like dota 2 the song like skip a beat. i did not have this issues when i am using HDD anyone have the same encounter as me? any advice from the pro? thank you all

i got intel 530. i just installed intel ssd toolbox it seem to help. OS window 7. wired connection.
