Just bought the 256gb ssd for $99 on lazada. Was actually planning to upgrade in December only.

Will the price of ssd's fall to about sub $100 for 256gb by then?

Should I sell the $99 one and earn abit and wait to upgrade in December? Not much use for the extra space now anyway.

I feel this is good SSD for its price. Of course one should not compare it with SSD from the big brands.

Having used quite a few SSDs over the years, I feel if you get a decent one, there is very little incentive for you to change unless you prefer a bigger drive. My good old Intel X25M is still going strong and fast after no less than 5 to 6 years now. Responsiveness wise, they are almost the same for most users. Only under intensive usage will budget SSDs falter. Even so, they are still gonna be quite a lot faster than mechanical drive.
