SSD to recommend

Hey bros, been using a crucial M4 128GB for a while now.
Served me well but lately, performance has been slipping a little.

Looking to get an SSD upgrade.
Main priority is reliability for me.
Speed is a plus.

Here's what I've considered:

Samsung 840/850 pro and evo
Intel 530 SSD

From what I read, samsung is best in terms of performance and such but intel SSD's are one of the most reliable.

Any other SSD bros have used that are just as good?
My budget not so much, just looking for an SSD for OS so about 150, maybe stretch to 200.

Crucial MX100.
You probably won't be able to tell the speed difference from real world usage.
