SSD UPGRADE on MBA

Initially wanted to install office 2016 but it requires an os x update. Having only 128gb, i've decided i should upgrade my SSD since upgrading to mojave requires 18.5gb? really?

Specs:
mid 2013 11 inch Macbook Air
128gb
8gb ram
battery count 327
still on Mavericks

Ive been looking thru online and it seems like samsung is a safe bet. There are so many models though. whats your favourite?

Whats the best way to clone my old ssd to the new one?

Will my specs able to handle Mojave since i cant seem to find the option to upgrade to other osx (or macos)

iirc yr 2013 MBA uses a PCIe SSD. yr only choices r Transcend or OWC or look on eBay for ppl selling original Apple part taken from similar model MBA. u can still upgrade to other OS before Mojave, just need e OS install image. but Mojave shud work well with older devices.

seems locally starting at about $299 for 256gb. Amazon about $270 after currency conversion. or u could housekeep n move stuff to cloud or ext disk.
