I think a lot of those fight scenes are heavily edited, so the initial generated result is not the uploaded video.

You can also try using Runway's Act-Two, but you need to record yourself doing the fighting actions.
It will be limited to your physical self, so cannot do those gravity defying stunts.

Paying for audio only is also considered most efficient. Don't need to do fighting scenes.
