nope haven't tried that.. is it any good? I have one workflow that uses the old model. not bad but the new one supposedly has better prompt adherence and movement. but I can't get it to work properly.

I shifted all the video generation work onto Wan2GP app.
Much faster in loading the model and start denoising, compared to ComfyUI.

Hunyuan Video Avatar was the first model I used on the app.
And the output is very good, the lip-sync is accurate and the body motion is sufficiently good, but not Veo3 standard.

Initially, no one wanted to optimize the vram usage, so I had to contact the guy behind Wan2GP and convince him to do it. (Israeli ML expert)
Before that, I had to rent a 5090 to run it, while a 4090 will OOM easily.
Now, I can run it on a 5080 at 832x624 resolution, but the output will be a bit blurry.
After that, I upscale and sharpen it using Topaz Starlight Mini.

Hailuo's model has upgraded to version 02.
I think only those who remained subscribed can still have their daily 100 credits? Not sure.

The current trends on Youtube and Tiktok have changed to hyper-realism based on Veo3.
Bigfoot, yeti, stormtrooper, time-traveler and fictional interviews are now being recommended.

Because the Vlog format is more suitable for social media and those with humour in their content tends to do better.

Converting gaming screenshots to hyper-realism is another option, or generate hyper-realistic images using Dreamina or Whisk/Imagen-4.
Then combine with the current trend on Vlogs, the goal is mostly long storytelling.
I am currently working on this, except I am not using Veo3.

Unfortunately, the level of expectation from viewers have increased.

The conventional way is to pay for Veo3, and use Veo3-fast mode, so each month can get 50 videos.
Each video can be dissected to keyframes and re-run the video generation locally, so as to maximise the usage of the paid subscription.

Although similarly, the other way is to steal other people's video by dissecting it into keyframes.
And re-run the image generation using either Kolors2.0 restyling or ChatGPT 4o.
Then do the video generation locally using Hunyuan Video Avatar (in Wan2GP).
I am also experimenting with this technique.

If using gorilla, have to think of how to make it combine with other entities not already being used.
But some parts, you will likely have to steal a bit.
