Stage 93 new custom

well to non-audiophiles... they just probably think you got a really fugly earphone and when you use it, you cannot hear anything at all cos you on it so "loud"...



but those who know might consider just reshelling.... a few hundred dollars and you get a well burnt in custom

though the sonic signature and stuff worries me

if you get... solid black and green, i don't imagine it'll look very nice
mine is clear body+translucent red/blue faceplate, with the Angel Beats SSS logo artwork in black.

I going NS in 2 years, and was also wondering if go NS safe to bring customs. Cuz... if damaged, or ppl steal, it's 1k++ gone.... heart pain

You know you can always invest in an Abloy lock for your cupboard if you are stay-in personnel. That's what i always do during my active days and reservist. Abloy ftw.

Last time in amry... I always use abloy for my cupboard... Maybe because storemen got access to it..

Anyway steal customs they also cannot wear. And resale value is not good at all?

my BMT platoon got 2 guys with ex universal IEMS( shure 535 and UE tf10)...dam got balls compared to me back then ... didnt dare bring into tekong
however nw tht i settled into unit i feel very safe abt bringing my customs.

example to show u would be: there's 2 earphones on the table left behind , no one around, 1 is monster beats and the other is a custom iem... if can only grab one which one?

Lol true customs are more safe but if the person knows what hes up to, stealing a customs -> reshell = wu hua...

sigh...... Me got the Stage6, but.... STILL HAVN'T RECIEVED T.T

Ordered them almost 6 weeks ago, but (according the Eldrid, the guy in charge of Stage93 atm) due to a large number of people suddenly getting reshells or customs (30 to 40 apparently), there were delays, as the labs are somewhat understaffed.

So... as a result, they were only shipped last Saturday. Now they are in Singapore, but stuck in Singpost till this Sat/Sun, due to the large number of shipments from China this week...

Basically, although it says on the site 3-4 weeks, due to... being damn suay, it's taking 6 weeks+...

I'll post a quick impression on 'em when I get them, and do a comparison between them and the UM Miracle, JH13 and JH16.
If I (and Brian@Stereo PS) am not wrong, I'm the first guy to get the Stage6. I believe Foress as one of their customs, either 2 or 4 drivers, I can't quite recall now...

ooh, my bad!! But yeah, I remember the last song he used to review it was Kimi no Shiranai Montagari (sp?) by Supercell, and he described it as "no complaints" Haha
