Is anyone experiencing any issue with StanChart app after upgrading to the latest version at the App Store? I m using iOS and I cannot see my balances at a glance and it is taking very long going to the landing page after faceID authentication.

Ya, encountered same issue too on the app. I cannot believe it ****.
24 hours liao they can't fix the problem! Really WTF

You try sc.com/sg. Transactions can be done using desktop comp/laptop. Or you try using chrome on your phone.

Now the offline pin generated is not working for web login? i entered the 3 different generated pin and they claim the pin is incorrect and i got locked out of my account now, wtf?

strangely though, this time was quite ok both using mobile key, otp. The last one during ios13.xx where one was forced to update immediately same day. It weren’t stable at first with many frequent revised version updates but they refused to allow use gen offline pin. there wasn’t enuff time but forced to dl update os before using mobile key.

I am able to login yesterday and today.
Else u call hotline to find out your outstanding amount for payment?
