This feels like a premium-economy option if you compare it with SQ. Private Banking > Priority > Premium > Standard

Actually I think they did the right thing. Citibank and SC are aiming the top earners of the future. I was surprised an old **** like UOB can create wealth banking. But their poor management basically screw everything. However, the direction is correct

Think these pvt banking is more like marketing to make u feel good. Hearsay chinese new year change new notes still have to reserve in advance and queue for it.
