Thanks for that information. However UOB VS is capped @ $2k, which is usually very insufficient for my overseas spending (~$10K) :o
Unless your spending is very big in one transaction and there is no way to split the bills, you can always use the UOB VS first and pay the rest with cards with equally good or slightly not so good miles accrual.

Yes that's what I intend to do. Max out the $2K on UOB VS first and spend the rest on the SCB VI :)

does transfering shares from CDP qualify for SCB PB?

Maybe, but when I applied recently they wanted to see cash in a savings account and would not count my existing trading account towards the total.
Suggest you discuss with them before doing anything.

The mileage rewards on this card is good

local - 1.4 (on par with market best)
overseas 3.0 (beats market best)

but I am unwilling to pay $588.5

Definitely would get it if first year waived

there is 10% rebate on uber rides too

Uh...

is it just me or has the SCB VI perks just changed?

https://www.sc.com/sg/credit-cards/visa-infinite/

Used to be earn rewards points, now earn miles.

new 10% off Uber promo

but most importantly... "Enjoy up to six annual complimentary visits to over 850 airport lounges in more than 400 cities worldwide with your loved ones via the Priority Pass lounge programme."

does this mean no more unlimited PP??

Anyone applied yet? How long for approval?

Applied online and within a few days got a SMS and letter indicating that application is rejected.

A few days later, I got the card in the mail followed by PIN thereafter. (Strange!)

Whole process takes about 1 week or so.

Fees are deducted later?
