Thanks for the info, maumu! Can we get the document online? Cos I contacted customer service, they asked me to check with my RM but my RM is not responding to me.

erm, I got my RM to email me. u should change your RM if he/she is not responsive

my RM even offered to arrange a courier to pick it up from me at my workplace after I completed it. 'cos need to print out and sign on the document. so it's quite hassle free.

i mean my rm don't allow me to quit priority banking..i sms him he will say want to meet up...
How to quit priority banking once and for all??

I got the $500 promo email. Read tncs. Must lock up for 3 months (say May, Jun and July) after month of top up (say top up on 1 Apr). But the bonus interest runs only for 2 months Apr and May) so i cannot understand why is this attractive? $500 vs loss of bonus interest for 2 mths

My cycle is expiring end May so thinking if any point of keeping for extra 2 months for $500 and do the FNA.

some others here, including yours truly, opened another Esaver & trying the E1 to E2 route ... no venture no gain

Thanks oceanicmanta. No point for me then. I hope i can get the 12 or 13mth thing. When i get busy at work it becomes a chore to track and move funds in and out. Sometimes i get lost where my money is...

try the e1 to e2 method (done in one day). my RM said it's OK and still eligible for the $500 promo as the daily balance is still $200k min. u can try asking yours.

just ignore him and withdraw ur money as u like .. what can he do

got caveat, person who recv the letter need to be main acct holder. so when you do e1 to e2, make sure joint acct show u as primary

I also didn't get but never mind. Instead rm kept asking me to meet up and I got queried on nature/purpose of incoming and outgoing funds from Sep 2018 to Apr 2019.

If bank failed to understand, I will be kicked out

I went to open a joint acct. The branch staff says that to enjoy the 2%, no need fresh fund as system does not track altho tncs say so. Anyone tried and tested? I think i will not take this risk.

dont need fresh funds as per their tncs but still need "fresh funds"

Does e1 to e2 method (primary in e2 joint same as indv in e1) work to satisfy lock up to get the krisflyer miles? I saw eSaver bonus capped at $1m and to max out referral benefits and welcome miles, one should go all way to $1.5m. How to deploy the extra $0.5m which will not enjoy the 2%?
