I was actually charged fall below of $5 for May though. Accidentally left some money inside and saw $5 fall below fee being charged in the account history.

Plus. If u want to say complain. Also say complain about the correct thing. If say I was complaining about website never update on time or complain about interest rates then still OK. Complain about newspaper? U think everyone reads newspaper? Every esaver person also 99% check the website for updates instead of newspaper. Take ur negativity somewhere else.

Oh I remembered one thing, one thing I would like to complain is the bank also always send the esaver paper mailer only around the middle of the month, like around the 15th to 20th. So what if they inform like that? Can't they send it earlier? What is the objective or purpose of sending it so late into the month ? Yes now then this is called a complaint.

Yea agreed. The newspaper is more of an advertisement rather than informing. The informing is from the paper mailer sent by the bank.

But relax guys, I know everyone is sad and angst because of the new and much lower interest rates.

Good point and wonder why they are not updating the tnc (especially on their website) early. They definitely can do better in this aspect unless this is part of their plan.

fyi, I don't even get the paper mailer. So I've to do last minute scramble to get better rates.
