How do you know if you are on the public or by-invite promo? If I received the latest invite, does that mean I'm currently on the public promo? Or is it based on whether I've received any interest around the 20th - if I received nothing, then I'm on the public promo?

you will need to receive an email from the bank, or check your app notification from the bank (under 'Offer' or something).
