The banks are dinosaurs and cannot come up with a better way to verify high risk transactions, so easiest way out is to delay it.

I bought the lowest risk one (CashPlus or something) to clock the invest category... satisfies both B$ and eSaver wealth holding criterior. also collect coupon every month.

Is that regular purchase (of investment)? My reading impression of the tnc is that B$ requires purchase to be counted.
