i dont remember seeing this when i placed my fund inside, now they refuse to give me the bonus interest.

hmm..but you have to keep min balance now to get bonus interest for next cycle.
This cycle you wont get bonus interest unless you increase your April/May ADB.

my friend has 1 acct with only 100k and i think it got a lower interest than the other esaver accts with >200k
