Only the incremental dollars (compared to your average daily balance for Nov) will qualify for the bonus interest. So, if your ADB for Nov is say $45k, only $15k (60k-45k) will qualify for bonus interest.

Can check for SCB E-Saver, when I FAST in on a Sunday, it seems to be posted on the Monday but has a Value date as the Sunday. So to confirm we do not lose the interest for the Sunday right ? Thanks.

Don't think scb will do a similar promo.
For 2016 12mth promo, sms invitation were sent in Dec15 (for Jan 1.6%) or Jan16 (for Feb 1.68%).

Call scb for your dec ADB to calculate if correct interest is credited.

jialat, now scb says their record shows i am on 1.6% promo therefore interest credited is correct.
how can it be?! when 1.68% was credited in earlier months !
now i have to highlight to them those months to show it is 1.68% !

Say if i withdraw fr scb esaver via cashiers order in morning of 31 Jan and immediately bank into hsbc, do i lose the interest for 31 Jan? Scb will not count 31 Jan and hsbc will clear only on 1 Feb? Correct?

Amount withdrawn from esaver will not earn interest. Cheque deposited into HSBC before 3pm will earn interest on 31 Jan although the cheque is cleared on 1 Feb.
