Is it due to only 1k in the account or any amount they also deduct?
Did anyone get deducted $10 for fall below fee? My bro's and mine did but our acct balance have never been lesser than $1k. I dun think there is any fall below fee in the range of $10 for esaver.
Luckily I have the habit to remember the balance before interest crediting. I called them and they claimed that it was an error. However, they cannot credit the amount and I have to wait 2-3 working days. What is this? This kind of thing happens in this bank? My trust to them drops.
Better check your accounts.
I check with my friends and some of them did not even notice. Imagine how much they can reap from this "system error"?

A supervisor from the bank called me. She said it like "matter of factly" and used the words like "accidentally deducted". I dun think I can accept her explanation. The worse is the way she talked. She sounded as if it is not a big deal after all. To me, she is not taking the opportunity to do damage control. Horrible service.
i also have deduction. Maybe their new hidden rules is not top up of account means deduct??![]()
That doesn't sound right. If there are hidden rules and the banks have all rights to impose that, I will keep my money in Milo tin.
For people with super salary account, please check that also. $5 wrongly deducted.
no deduction from my account, bonus interest in.
No issue with my supersalary though. However I ever encountered twice and I thought that was because my money was transferred on Sunday and on the same day I have a debit. The system somehow did not take the deposit as on Sunday but on Monday instead. Then I kena the fall below fee. This I can understand because they need to tweak the system. You may want to check whether you had this similar scenario.
Unfortunately today esaver fall below fee just doesn't make sense.
contacted them via livechat. they also said reversal will be done by end of the day. I wonder for those customers who did not contact them.. would they rectify it?
