A supervisor from the bank called me. She said it like "matter of factly" and used the words like "accidentally deducted". I dun think I can accept her explanation. The worse is the way she talked. She sounded as if it is not a big deal after all. To me, she is not taking the opportunity to do damage control. Horrible service.

Yup, their csm is not any better than CSO, in fact worse! No apologies and he make it sound like "it's no big deal, we will be adjusting your account".
If u r gg to deposit money with them, u have to monitor your account closely. Any mistake is possible. Be careful.

I just called in to check too. Apparently is "technical glitch".

Didn't know a glitch can just deduct money like that...

If they deducted from my account and I didnt contact them, will they auto reverse the money back to me?
