In between of the 2 months should I need to deposit additional funds in to eligible on incremental balance (Bonus Interest) ?

No need Maybank also. Since SCB esaver promo is for 2 months. At the start of the promo, Move from SCB esaver A to some other bank account and then immediately move into SCB esaver B. So it appears as fresh funds into SCB esaver B. After 2 months, repeat, move from SCB esaver B to some other bank account and then immediately move into SCB esaver A.

Actually 2 Maybank accounts better than 2 esaver. Based on interest rate below 200k.

is it because u are a priority member?

No lah. This is universal law for all banks. Maintain zero balance, they cannot deduct anything. Balance will not go below zero. They will not auto close either as long as you make some transaction once in a while. In case of SCB it is once in 2 yrs.

No need. It is incremental balance over the previous month before the promo start. Since you are jugling between 2 different accounts. The balance on that account will be zero. So entire balance is incremental.

It is based on account, not across all accounts with the bank.

For the first time appreciate being priority customer. Went to change new $20 notes today. Waited 2 Q number. Heard others complaining to bank staff that waited more than 2 hours. All banks I went to run out except Standard Chartered.

Caveat only applies to SG, due to the nature of Trb. Other countries, it is gd practice to settle all expenses and best to close your bank accounts with the exception of online accounts before leaving.

Very nice.

Harder to change. I thought like Chinese new year new notes if finish today banks will stock up tomorrow so I took my time and went at 1pm. But DBS, POSB and OCBC told me no more and tomorrow won't have. Quickly went to HSBC also no more. Luckily Std Chartered have.

Change new notes at HSBC today. I must say that by comparison Std Chartered service is really lousy. From the lady who give out queue number to the tellers. No smile. And tellers are very restless and kinda not interested. Only 3 counters and keep taking turns to disappear. No wonder people complain having to wait more than 2 hr. Priority or not no difference in attitude. Show same unhappy face.

Today's experience at HSBC was good. Staff was all smiles and polite. Premier or not no difference (referring to attitude). They treat every one nicely, including the uncles and aunties who do not have HSBC account and just exchanging cash. Can see tellers working hard and fast and normal queue moved fast. People walk out of the bank happy.

I just received the letter about the 1.55% bonus interest promotion from 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2020.

actually the letter is dated 28 May, but I only read it today 'cos I didn't collect the letters in time...

want to check with those who're onboard about this since last year... the letter stated only one of the two eSaver accounts I have (say, eSaver1), which I think is because the balance inside was $100k. the other eSaver account (eSaver2) was min. balance ($1k). unfortunately, I transferred the 100k from eSaver1 to eSaver 2 on 1 June (to reset the cycle).

does that mean i'm no longer eligible for subsequent months? say if I were to transfer back from eSaver2 to eSaver1 on 1 August, will I still be eligible for the promotional rate, say if *touch wood* the normal 2-month promotion rate drops drastically.

those who've been in this since last year, can share?

the only condition they seem to say is to "maintain your balance or top up funds in your eSaver account today!".

Your account balance become negative or they claw back when you put money in ?
Negative. I got hit twice already. Think Mar and may. Apr no negative charge.
Gotta pay $5 to zeroize it otherwise will get slapped with OD %. Claimed by ocbc hotline.
Feel free to correct me ocbc hwz staff.

I don't know what Maybank min balance is. Either keep the min balance or keep 0. Nothing in between. Anything in between they can deduct fall below fee.
