I called CSO & she confirmed that can just continue the funds and even top up to $5mil for 0.50%

In July, I got the bonus interest exactly at the end of the month. Is it becos they know we are playing the musical chairs that is why they are deliberately withholding payment?

u could have got the promo period and reference month wrong.
July is the reference month for Aug-Sep promo.
