I took out all and put somewhere else. I didn't get my bonus interest becos I misread the terms. The incremental interest was for 2 months aug-sep when compared with jul (and not just one month i.e aug). I am never going to put into standchart again. Wasted my funds interest and time.

Well. The terms are all stated there. Need to read carefully. Wait till you see the terms of HSBC.

u all so good got 0.6%..but I don't have 100k fresh funds so not eligible anyway.

I got an email today with 0.5% also but no mentioned about 100k fresh fund, just too bad received so late and I already moved out for 8 days so even put back now the ADB will be low for this month.

This one need to play musical chair because for 2 mths only fresh funds. Eg Jun and Jul reference mth May. So 1 Aug onwards will get only 0.05% if you continue to leave it there.

BOC smartsaver need salary, credit card spend and bill payment to get higher interest.

Moral of the story is why always shift until just nice? Just keep a minimum inside at all times so later put more in for promotion avoid such issues?

Since many years back, just that they don’t deduct till negative if you have $0 balance.

I don't remember being charged the fall-below fee in the past.. did u maintain the required AUM with them?
