I think u were invited too but did not take it up as the rates were not attractive :o

Sweet spot seems to be up to $75k with effective interest rate of 1.533%. If you have amount above 75k, you would need to work out if it is going to be better than eSaver 1.5%. The other factor to consider is CIMB daily limit transfer of 50k (not sure if they have increased) versus SCB 200k. Personally, CIMB current Sep rates is not good enough for me to move the needle.

yeah, it used to run neck to neck with SC eSavers... those were the days.

now CIMB moving in as 3rd horse. looks like need to (re)open a new CIMB account next month hahaha..

They also pay the bonus interest on time and in full too (y)

yep but i remember last year there were a few months where they stopped the promo

No, they increased the rates again.

0.30% pa -> 0.50% pa -> 1.10% pa
