Do you guys get invited only after putting funds in? I opened the ac for a few years ard but never use. But they keep spamming the app notifications on interest rate and in the past, kept sending those promo mailers.

If i made an incremental deposit to the esaver account today, may i know if this incremental deposit will be subjected to 3.8% for April and or May?

if the amount u deposit now is more than the average deposit balance in ur acct in march, yes u will get 3.8% on the amount for Apr till end may

you will get 'wrong' exclusive interest on 31st march if you have higher balances in march compared to february, with the balance exclusive interest around 20th april, making up total of 3.75% p.a.

you will get no exclusive interest on 31st march (like myself) if you have lower balances in march compared to february, with the entire 3.75% p.a. exclusive interest around 20th april.

Better put one lump sum. Apr and May is a continuous period for the promo and the base is Mar ADB.

I'm in maybank now too. Even if they have good promo, have to move out for may unless u have 2 accounts.

I moved from maybank 1 april to esaver, make room to move back if good, otherwise stay here. Must know which months to go where, then merry go round non stop!

This one as well as earlier invite dont have reference month, should applies for full sum and not incremental balance

I have the 3.8% with no ADB. I wonder how SCB decides who gets this new one? Anyone has an idea? SCB is so confusing and has so many different versions.

yeah SC eSaver thingy is really quite a mess. dunno how they break down their BI into.

I just add all up.. if roughly 3.8%... I say ok.. really dont know how to calculate.

Agree, I login to web version now to do banking stuff.

Wah. The changes to the app is really bad. I could not see some transactions. In the end had to use web version to be sure I don't miss out any transactions.

The best part is the app allows customers to freeze credit cards. But after you freeze it, the credit card disappears totally. No sign of it. Cannot check past transactions. This is unlike other banks that just freeze the card but it still appears as usual.

i already wrote in to SCB (via secured INBOX) to tell them to revert everyone back to the old version of the App.

The new version of the app is slower and much more unstable. As pointed out by many, a number of transactions do not get displayed properly!

Not as much difference using their app as of now.
it is the failed transaction, and overall bad service force pple to contact them which logged you out, refused to address. their mgt changed.

Used to be I can read notification without logging in previously. But I can't find it anywhere now even after login.

Also can't find where to send message. The top right points to myRM only.

I think it’s about getting used to its feature,other than the month end mishap where the apps failed to load the base interest for few days,everything seem ok,,so just get used to the layout shd do the trick

i am still encountering transactions done that do not show up under Transaction History for the new App, but when I use desktop version, everything is fine.
