Not as much difference using their app as of now.
it is the failed transaction, and overall bad service force pple to contact them which logged you out, refused to address. their mgt changed.

Where is the notification in the new app ?

Used to be I can read notification without logging in previously. But I can't find it anywhere now even after login.

Also can't find where to send message. The top right points to myRM only.

I think it’s about getting used to its feature, other than the month end mishap where the apps failed to load the base interest for few days, everything seem ok,,so just get used to the layout shd do the trick

Hi all, I am new to esaver. Any explanation for the following term?

For the avoidance of doubt, any deposit, withdrawal or otherwise transaction in relation to your Qualifying Account(s) that takes place on the last day of a calendar month, falling on either a Sunday, a public holiday or a bank holiday, will not be taken into consideration for the purposes of the Bank’s computation of ADB and crediting of Bonus Interest.

My FAST transactions are REJECTED using new app. Use desktop is fine.
Also, new app doesn't seem to show credit card transaction is UNPOSTED or POSTED :s11:

Update: today can see UNPOSTED card transaction 👍🏻

Not just a month-end thing. Selective transactions are shown. FAST takes several mins. Font small (no I don’t have presbyopia) and badly designed.

yeah it is ridiculous.. almost like the new SCB app is using a new engine/interface that is unable to talk properly to the rest of SCB systems.

THUMBSDOWN!

A bit confused about the current 3.8% promo. If I put in my funds on 1st of March after the rhb promo ended and it has been sitting in there ever since till now, is all the funds eligible for 3.8% for the past half of April? Need to play musical chair?

Oh no! R u on exclusive invite?
If u r not, current esaver bonus promo (1/4 to 31/5/2023 ) is using March ADB as reference month...do u have incremental fresh funds compared to March :s11:

Current cycle is Apr to May. Which means you were in the cycle that ended Mar.

You will get 0.05% + 3.75% bonus interest for Mar.

But because Apr to May cycle uses Mar as the reference month for incremental bal, assuming your Apr bal is the same as Mar balance, incremental increase in bal is zero. So your Apr balance earns only 0.05%.

You should move your funds out immediately. Maybe move out today back to RHB first as the base interest is still better than 0.05%. Then plan where you can place them.

The tricky thing now is that I have about 8.5k already inside esaver that is rotting for the past half month, but then actually I have another FD that mature today. So I got a new 20K to park somewhere. Taking the 8.5k into account, should I put the 28.5k in rhb pp for the 2% or stay in esaver for the 3.8%?

Don't have. Ocbc360 already full, got uob one but no salary credit, rhbpp 2% only...

By the way since I already wasted the first half of April means next month I also cannot use this account to get the full rewards right?

1. I wish all bank apps let me change the font size and background colours. And if too long a passage/ lines to read, add a "read more....." , please don't clutter
2. If not many ask them to change, why they change ha? Worse if ask me to change phone for better versions!
