Many thanks!

Hi stars87 :s12:

Many thanks for your mifi rental for my 8 days tokyo trip in November :s13: During the trip i needed so much google maps to navigate and so lucky to have data usage on the go to search for some nice hideout at streets of Shinjuku and Shibuya. Data speed could reach about 1GB sometimes which i really can enjoy some dramas when i travel. Really appreciate your kind advises as well along the way and will get mifi from you next September when i go tokyo again. ;)

same day delivery possible ! Airport pickup and delivery possible ** (but must let me know in advance)

We work to deliver value for you. Your convenience and satisfaction is our priority.

Starmifi has a stop the clock policy. You don't pay when you don't use. We also do alternate day rentals (e.g rent today, no rent tomorrow, rent on Friday, sat and Monday)

When problems occur, we troubleshoot with you and help you resolve any issues on the spot. When the issue cannot be resolved, our service recovery plan kicks in and you will have a working internet service anywhere in Japan within 48 hours.

Should there be any dispute,we will refund you any unused days immediately. No questions asked. This is our star service promise.

Here for you. Here for good.

Launching a new product soon.

Low speed mifi rental

- just need for WhatsApp, google maps and light facebook ?

- use less than 1gb or thinking of a prepaid sim card ?

Star $2 will be launching from Jan 1 2016.

$2 a day. unlimited WiFi. Cheap and good. Why pay for what you don't need ?

Thanks man,
But was looking for a more technical comparison.
Needs to justify why i should pay $1.50/Day more or even double.

Sent from A Baoa Qu using GAGT

Noted.

What kinda technical specs are you looking out for ?

Max downlink ? Possible to specify ? I'm quite happy to include

Will do one up later tonight :)

No lah. So happen I was replying someone else By PM so I check and responded.

More details about star $2

- 200kbps - 500kbps (operator promises 500kbps but I doubt can la)
- good for google maps navigation, whatsapp, light surfing and Facebook
- skype won't work
- YouTube can work but its going to be quite slow so not much sense

Really optimal for the solo or really light user.

If it helps, this is some of the aggregate data I have observed.

Most users travel 7-9 days, average travel time 11.7 days

Average user use about 3.7gb of data
Premium users use about 8-9 GB of data

Most light users would be fine with starlite or star$2.
