Hi guys, i'm pretty new at all these investment stuffs, so would like to seek your opinions.

Is this a good time to purchase Starhill and MIT?

Starhill at 0.925
and MIT at 1.495

IMHO, the boat has already sailed.

MINT might have room for growth, but quite frankly the risks far outweigh the downsides. Do you expect industrial rents to continue climbing?

Starhill is way overpriced at 0.9 levels imho, I'm actually looking to sell in the near term.

in my humble opinion, mit portfolio is not attractive

its mostly made up of cheapo jtc flatted factory

target customer is those sme, which cant afford high rent

infact many have complained when jtc sold it to mit, and the raised the rent skyhigh

My target is to get one of each type of reit.

Due to my indecisiveness, I missed Ascendas reit when it was relatively low last month.
I thought wait for XD then buy, then after that the price shot up.

I rather spend time reading this forum and learning new things.

Frankly I rather you be indecisive and missed an 'opportunity' than to jump onto an pirate ship on impulse or itchy finger.

Missed the boat? There's always another chance to pick it up at another time or another cycle.

Board a pirate ship? U may end up losing money, ask to pay more and still get nothing in the end

You buy 1 lot? The commission you paying for 1 lot may not be worth it. Of course unless you pay no commission.

yea, using SCB platform.
i'm a small player. just doing a bit of investing here and there.

i'm still a little unsure about how dividends are paid into SCB account though.
anybody can enlighten?
