Starhub 5g/4g speed

Hi guys, im a ex-singtel user that has port forwarded to starhub. I realized that the 5g/4g speed is very slow compared to that of singtel. Even loading shoppee items thumbnails takes awhile. Not sure if its my device issue or starhub.

Any1 facing same issue as me?
