just want to check, any iphone 12/pro/ pro max users who encounter the same problem as me. Recently, i upgraded to iphone 12 pro max and recontract. however, after this upgrade, when i make a call, regardless of incoming or out going call, my network drops to 3G. hence i am not able to multitask when in a call. cant even whatsap!!
i called starhub CS many times and seems like they also no solution. reason being, older iphone has a VOLTE option but iphone 12 does not. as iphone 12 is "5G" . so without this volte option, starhub cannot "turn on" volte on iphone 12 even though back end already turned on!
when i slot a singtel simcard in my iphone 12 pro max, no such issue. check with my friend who is on singtel, same phone, no problem too.
am i the only one facing this problem??? cannot be right!!!1
