starhub blocking video stream links

I use raspberry pi to set up XBMC tv system. Usually use 1channel add on to watch videos. But it turns out that, the same link generated by XBMC could be accessed via starhub 3G mobile, but blocked by starhub broadband.

Since I am a big fun of xbmc and 1channel, any idea to bypass the block? Any suggestion on stable http proxy server since right now it is not easy to get VPN working on raspbmc?
