today I call up for issue on my mobile broadband but kena kick ball to 3 different department.

the first one claim is not their issue, ask me to call 1630.

call 1630, claim to be issue of technical dept bcz her role is sale related.

so angry with their services and ask " are you being pay to tell me not your issue." She dare to answer back due to no authority"


technical dept call and request to check about my account and will revert.

told her : "this is not troubleshooting issue nor router problem" this is internet connection issue whereby super low signal - then she understand she kena sabortage by her lazy colleague.

My day is spolit by their ignorance and bochap aptitude - I wonder are they outsource from neighbourhood countries.

Tommorrow I will call again to speak to higher authority or supervisor - I paid for no service on internet and customer services kicking me around.

Starhub is normal.

There was once I paid my bill to my old Starhub account via Internet banking.

Then I called up to ask Starhub for refund. The joker says please fax or email me your payment receipt.

Bloody hell Internet banking where got receipt. Then the call centre kept say need receipt.

Until I drop by their Starhub cso at ps to kb.

Refund done without question. Vomit blood outsource until like that.
