Then Singapore sold iPhone X is confirmed not supported?
Forget it. Too troublesome to use TPG. Just stick to Singtel maybe.

dun know if I can really stand the 3G only connection at my place.
Will consider to switch to vivifi if needed.
Huh? Singapore sold iPhone X CAN USE, on iOS 13 and later.
Ours is GSM unit, not CDMA units. GSM units use Intel modem, CDMA units use Qualcomm modems.
Our carriers all using GSM descendents. M1 CDMA shut down well over 15 years at this point, about 20 years actually.

I'm using iPhone 8 Plus and 11 Pro Max, local set, on TPG. VoLTE working on both.

Ic. That’s good. Will see how it goes after I try the giga on the go and outdoor. If not bad, maybe I will bear with it.

overall outdoor experience for giga is good, speed is fast and loading websites is a lot faster than my previous myrepublic mobile or m1 sim only plan.

the speed outdoor is quite fast, was at the caldecott mrt yesterday. it hit 300Mbps download speed, and i was shocked because after the speed test, more than 1GB++ of my data quota was gone for nothing becos the speed was too fast.

so far i am happy with the giga, hopefully it remains good for my ongoing usage from now on still.
overall it is much pleasure to use giga while comparing to myrepublic mobile or m1 previously.

Yah. Speed test use up a lot of data. I was testing the free 5G and shock that it use up so much. I am on 6GB plan some more. Lucky took from the roll over from last month 😅

now dare not to anyhow do speedtest haha. M1 can do speed test anytime also no concern becos the speed is always quite slow everywhere. StarHub can hit over 300Mbps of speed on 4G is something that really surprises me. Haha.

I got similar download but slower upload speed at Bukit Merah area. 370mbps DL and 15-20mbps upload. That’s for 4G and 5G (I think might be 5G NSA). I quantify is for SH not Giga

so giga can also get this kind of speed is not bad. 🤪
