Yep currently on that $1 plan. Ported from Gomo maybe port out to vivifi or zym but testing giga now. Not bad some places Gomo no data this giga has.

Yes I also encounter this error. Live chat no agent response. Drop a message thru email, they reply me to try using website and nv reply liao. But website also got error.

I believe Giga 5G is still WIP and unavailable, this was my experience in the earlier half of the year. Giga refunded me after I brought it up to them on FB.

Do correct me if I am wrong if anyone have the latest info/experience.

managed to get 5G only in certain areas at Bugis and Orchard (not all), that’s about it.

stayed at north east, no 5G network at all.

contrary to Vivifi, I can get 5G at most places in Singapore including neighbourhood areas.

You comparing Starhub network to Singtel. If you want good 5g in Singapore, you have to be on Singtel. That is not a question or something to debate.

For 4g, Singtel and Starhub comparable, just depend on location but M1 is the worst of all 3 teleco. If you add in Simba, they just upgrade everyone from 4g to 5g for free. They are know to be the slowest in the market and if you are always travelling using underground train then I will said don't. Otherwise, it will be value for $$.
