Very frustrating with their non-existant customer service...

if it still does not work after enabling VoLTE, check that it is on the starhub supported phones list.

May I enquire which other telco did the 3x lines port out to?
Am using Huawei P30 Pro and also faced this issue, because giga somehow didn't support it even when it was working previously www.giga.com.sg/FAQs_Details.aspx?QuestionId=4938

I tested ported out 1 line to eight mobile and am looking at other lines in case volte calls aren't supported on my device through eight mobile.

Unfortunately not yet, but will be porting out this month cos billing cycle just started. Was considered to port out last month but may not in time for port over to new Telcos cos left few business days.

Had tried on M1 and Circles.life.....no issue and able to support voice call. The signals on their devices shown volte...... So I believe it's giga that cannot support these devices.

If your eight mobile can support voice, I may ask them to consider since the plans are attractive!

Not working at Tuas, but occasionally travel to Benoi sector and tuas extension (biomedical park).

eight is ok for both reception and speed (it's on SH infra, same as Giga, so I assume the performance should be similar).

just my personal experience, YMMV.

Are you currently on 4G M1? If 5G M1, technically it is going to be the same due to Joint Venture.

Anyone encounter issue of intermittent data connection lost?

I'm on Giga's 4G with Samsung S23 Ultra and throughout the day the 4G icon will disappear and then reappear about 10 seconds later. This started about a few weeks ago I think.

Me too. It could happen anytime anywhere. I could be at home and it's gone suddenly. I could be on the roads and it just drops off. I hate it especially when I'm on android auto using maps. It just disconnects and gone, no GPS -_-

No issue on my S24U with my freshly ported back Giga 4G today.

Check your Connection settings

Try disabling WiFi calling, toggle your Giga SIM off and back on, and also run update all SIM cards on setting page.

if 5G, you may find not much difference on giga 5G, and eight's 4G not as fulfilling

since eight is no contract, suggest you get a new line and try it out for a month or two. Especially if this is your primary/sole line

Was on M1 5g, pretty pathetic speed imo compared to my partner's 4g. Lol. So I just downgraded few days ago.

M1 5G and StarHub 5G are practically the same thing because of the JV. Are you sure your experience is bad because so far, including myself, I really like M1 5G. Way way way better than Singtel.

Oh that is just for me. Singtel never worked for me well since 2021.
