hello, i have successfully port in to giga (from singtel) on the same night after receiving my sim card. currently i have Zym $10 for 100gb and Giga $10 for 10gb.

may i know which network is more stable/good since i've been a singtel customer for years?
most of the time i'll be in cbd/east side.

Zym is on singtel, Giga is on starhub. So for Singtel you shall already know since you've been with them for years. As for Starhub (Giga) is for you to find out.

Generally, it determines by where are your frequent places, and what's the reception quality like at those places. So if for years you've no complaints while on Singtel, then you definitely won't have issues on Zym.

Have another line using android, it's working for that line. just on ios it is not working.

1. I can do whatsapp voice call in sg after talk time runs out right? If can, use data or wifi both can?

2. Can I do whatsapp voice /video call in overseas if I have data roam?

3. Can I do whatsapp voice /video call in overseas if I have wifi?

4. Is there a min period I must stay in GIGA after port in? I am aware that the monthly plan fee paid at the beginning of billing cycle is not refundable. If I don't like GIGA, can I port out anytime without paying more fee?

1 to 3, WhatsApp voice/audio call is based on data usage. So as long as you have data or wifi connection it can work anywhere in the world.
4, there is no minimum period for giga, but they don't do pro rated refund so any bill paid will be forfeited. Free to port out any time no fees (in fact none of the telcos in Singapore charge fees for porting out).

Yes, since 3G service is going to be shut down this year.

If that's the case for long term, it's better to pick giga (maybe top up to $15 for 50gb plan) since the only reason I'm picking zym is for the 100gb $10 plan.

Once you port out of a telco the SIM card will be terminated and cannot be reused even if you port back later. All telcos will issue you a new SIM card every time you sign up a new plan/port in.

If Starhub's connectivity works for you then yes, Giga will be better. Otherwise, there is always MVNOs using SingTel's infra.

And also, yup, as per @Arandalo, new cards will always be issued by telcos for all portings.

Depends on your frequent locations, generally Starhub is better than M1 from my personal experience.

Curious to know also. But if you want to avoid this issue then you should activate your plan between 1st to 28th of the month.

Since there is no 31th in those months, it means your subscription don't exist and they won't bill you for it.
