It is better to maintain this $3 in the main wallet.

Top up if it fall below to avoid unnecessary issue of no network.

Download the Happy Prepaid App and login by PIN via SMS.
Thereafter there is no need to logout as to click Back key twice to exit/close the app.
Anytime you want to manage this Prepaid account just open Happy Prepaid App with wifi or data available.

Yes.. do download Starhub Prepaid App to your phone and open the App for top up to pay via Visa or Master cards.

Alternately directly via online > Top up online - also available for Visa or Master cards.

Recently I tried purchasing the WOW 2gb 4-weeks package ($18) directly. I had a balance of $1. So I had to pay $17. I tried paying with my credit card. Rejected 3 times before I decided to top up $20. That was approved very quickly.
Next thing I knew, I was charged $17 for a packaged called Happy Star (local usage).

Currently negotiating via email with Starhub. Hope my unfortunate experience helps others

So the Happy Star package was activated on its own, just out of the blue?

First time I heard of such a case, been using the roaming n topping up overseas since beginning of 2018.

Sorry to dig this thread up... Does anyone know, for the 3 day plan, it lasts for 72 hrs, or strictly the day activated plus 2 more days?

A. Activated 9am Monday, expires 9am Thursday, OR
B. Activated 9am Monday, expires 2359 on Wednesday?

Expires with respect to the time one activates the package.

DATA Roaming does not need any Balance in the Main Wallet. Only for Calls/SMS, need $3 balance

Data package is based on 24 hours Cycle.

Topping up when overseas works. Even can try Changi Reccomends Site for discount.

Can always extend expiry date by 30 days or more using Main Wallet.
