any advice on getting mobile data in Europe?

I have Starhub Prepaid Happyroam but it only states UK. Previously only used it in neighbouring Asia countries with no big problems

Anyone tried it before? Would the United Kingdom - Three (3) carrier work in other Europe countries like paris and scotland...?

Or should I get a local data sim card over there? any recommendations

Brexit hasn't been completed. UK sim should work across EU.
