1. just the sim
2. included - part of your monthly price paid.

Sorry but I dun get the meaning of (2).

Let's take for example the $73 for the Home Hubbing Pack of 100mbps.

So does that mean paying $73 for 24 months will mean I get the ONT and RG free?

Sim Lim Tower LHS can do the cable for u.

Actually u can do it for 50 metres if u using Cat 5E, or more if u use CAT 6 or above.

Thanks...

Btw, if I was previously running remote administration software on my system and I wish to retain this software working, am I supposed to request them to let me use my own router?

What about the connections handling ability for N5402SP?

For example, my router Engenius ESR9850 supports up to 50000 connections.

Ok StarHub came down to set up my fiber liao

They only came with the ONT and I was able to connect my Asus N66 to it straight away

Speeds are pretty decent - 66Mbps and the guy said to let it stabilize for an hour or so then check again

Strange thing was they didn't give me the Dlink router - not that i want it but thought it was part of the package?

Shouldn't they be replacing it with something else? hahah

Think it's the 100Mbps one with 2-year contract

Was told the router would be given whether I wanted it or not...

Now came with no router (not that I need it) but can connect my own N66 so not that bad :)

Hi there!

Those of u who had signed up for the Home Hubbing Pack, can I ask from u:

1) Regarding the 7.2Mbps mobile broadband, do they provide a USB dongle, or it applies only to the SIM card?

2) Is the Fibre ONT and RG given free?

Thanks in advance.

are you already subscribing to cable tv? for family, my dad subscribe to cable tv + normal broadband liao and we were thinking of upgrading to fibre through the homehub package. But when we got there, the cso advice us to recontract individually coz there was a savings of $5, but fibre will be elite @150Mbps instead of the 100Mbps from the home package

I actually dun mind whether be it 100Mbps or 150Mbps... just would like to minimise the money spent.

Yes our family has cable tv too, together with a few StarHub mobile lines... that's why thinking of subscribing together under the Home Hubbing Pack.

Do u mean that if I just get fibre separately I can save $5? How does it work? Do u have the link to the MaxInfinity Elite promo that u mentioned?

No sure if anyone ask here but its really alot of post. My router is given by starhub the D-Link DVG-N5402SP. I wish to change as this lousy router cannot support my external harddisk.

Can anyone recommend me a router that also can support my voip? Can i just change the router and ask starhub to enable the voip on the new router?

I don't think there is any other voip enabled router in the market. What you can do is to get a router and bridge it

Bridge it? Don't know how to do it. If it invovle me getting more items then its not worth it.
