Starhub mobile down?

Starhub has lag spike issues recently for fibre. They were good for years before. I will switch to singtel when contract ends

Some of you might be wondering why report to edmw instead of starhub. Reason is because edmw will respond instantaneously. Starhub has call centres in other countries. Their operators cannot even do a live test to confirm if someone is really having an issue. Also, both Starhub twitter and facebook also no update. No alerts system for outages in this day and age? Really?

Yeah... Edmw best for updates. Might not even be able to get through to the call centres 🤣

My starhub mobile down from 5 November 2024 7am until now 6 Nov 2024 pm still not working.
can connect to internet but not able to make incoming and outgoing call.

Did all the required restarts, airplane mode, Volte on off.
I am on a dual sim. First sim is starhub second is simba. Simba one able to make calls no problem.

Called stupid starhub on 5 Nov and they said wait three hours. Wait until 6 Nov, still not able to make calls so I used landline to call back again. They said my case not logged. Then say will inform tech team to check. I asked for my case reference number the woman refused to give and said service would resume in three hours.

Three hours still no mobile service. I called back again. a male starhub staff answered. Willing to give me my case reference but say technical team need at least two more days to find out the problem. Wa lao.

I asked if others are facing the same issue. Starhub said yes, but their problems resolved when Volte is turned on whilst mine hadnt. Damn lousy la starhub. If still cannot I am porting over to simba. KNS.

My mother's starhub line also cannot make and receive calls. Have to go down to starhub and they did something after that can already.
