Starhub new iphone plans query

Hi guys
Noticed starhub has new phone plans for the new iphone.
The plan 4G 12 Plan seems similar to the previous smart surf Elite plan.
Anyone knows if 4G 12plan can also recontract your line every 12 mths ?
